Box Catalog

Master list of inbound flower cartons — dimensions, weight, and stem capacity. Box type drives inbound freight cost (rate × chargeable weight × box count) and shows up in Purchasing Control Center and Freight Management.
Chargeable weight = the greater of actual or dimensional weight
Chargeable weight is whichever is higher — the actual scale weight or the dimensional weight (L × W × H ÷ 6000) — the standard air-cargo rule. When the Dim kg exceeds the actual weight it becomes the billed weight. Every PO line picks a box code, and freight cost is rate × chargeable_kg × box_count. Heads-up: with the current dimensions the dim weight wins on QB/HB — if that runs above what Breakdown actually bills, correct the box dimensions.
