Delivered Pricing Engine
Three-stage pricing — list price comes from each customer's tier override on the product (or Cost × Category Margin fallback), then a discount per shipping method lands the delivered price. Per-customer shipping discounts can override the global defaults below.
One table · four margins per category, one per shipping method
Set the markup % per category for each of the four shipping methods: Priority Express (FedEx), Airline, Refrigerated Truck, and Pick Up. Customer-specific discounts live on the Customers page as a single site-wide %.

Three fixed tiers · assigned per customer · prices set per product
Tiers are assigned to customers on their profile (Customers page). Per-product tier prices are set on the product edit page. If a product has no tier price for the customer's tier, the system falls back to Cost × (1 + Category Margin).
