Cost Import

Import FOB costs from a farm sheet

Google Sheet → Staging → Validation → Catalog. Pick a farm (each has its own FOB column — no global assumption), or upload that farm's CSV. Nothing is written until you review and commit. Updates FOB cost + origin + provenance only — never margin, sell price, inventory, or product names.

Review imported rows

Each row is matched to the catalog by SKU and classified. Use the chips to filter. Conflicts (a higher-authority PO/Proforma cost already on file) are not committed unless you opt in.

Write FOB costs into the catalog

Commits New, Changed, and Unchanged rows. For each, the cost enters the authority ledger at the Google Sheet (L3) level; a higher-authority PO (L1) or Proforma (L2) on file keeps priority.

Also commit Conflict rows (override higher-authority cost) I have reviewed the staged rows above
