Pick the customer's ship date first — it sets what's available. Within 6 days, you'll be selling from Miami Market on-hand inventory. Beyond 6 days, you'll pre-order from 150+ farms worldwide. The cart locks reserved stems for 90 minutes; complete checkout before then.
Tip: search the customer by account # or business name. Use + New Customer if they don't exist yet. Each order is locked to one customer — switching mid-cart prompts you to save the draft or discard.
